Grandmaitre Virgo Evans Professional Corporation is seeking an associate with 3-5 years’ experience practising in the areas of corporate and commercial law. The ideal candidate will have strong business instincts, exceptional drafting skills and the proven ability to work independently under the guidance of senior counsel. You will also be expected to have substantial experience managing corporate and commercial law files, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Incorporations and Re-organizations;
- Business succession advice and implementation;
- Corporate Governance;
- General Business Law and Contracts;
- Asset and Share Transactions;
- Partnership and Shareholder Agreements;
- Commercial Leases.
